A visitor from the outer system, brightest just before dawn, and the plates are open to anyone who asks.
The hill observatory has photographed the same comet on three consecutive nights, the first time it has managed a full sequence since the roof mechanism was repaired.
The object is brightest in the hour before dawn and should stay visible to an ordinary pair of binoculars until the end of the month. The plates are open to anyone who asks for them.
